Terms of use

1.1. These Terms of use govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Pisariev, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia, identification number 305595594, registered on 31 January 2023, address Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, Bakhtrioni Street 22, Apartment 75 (the "Operator", "we") and a person who uses Creo Hub AI at https://creohub.ai (the "User", "you").

1.2. The service is offered to individuals. Creating an account, signing in, or using any tool means you accept these Terms, the Privacy notice, and the Terms of paid services when you buy a balance.

1.3. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

1.4. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.

2.1. Creo Hub AI is a software studio. It gives you tools to generate and edit video, images, speech, dubbing, and chat replies from the prompts and files you submit.

2.2. We operate the studio and the prepaid balance. We are not the author, publisher, or distributor of the materials you create, unless a separate written contract says otherwise.

2.3. Models and features can change, pause, or be removed. A missing model is not a breach of these Terms.

2.4. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to other people's work. You review it before you publish or rely on it.

3.1. You register with a working email address and keep the password confidential.

3.2. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You do not share the account or sell access.

3.3. You give accurate registration details and update them when they change.

3.4. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, that we cannot verify, or that creates risk for other users or for the service.

4.1. Paid use is prepaid. You add funds to a balance in US dollars. A US dollar balance is never charged automatically. A monthly plan, where one is offered in your wallet, is optional and is governed by the Terms of paid services, sections 5 to 7.

4.2. The price of a generation is shown before you start it. Starting a generation authorises us to debit that price from the balance.

4.3. Checkout is handled by the international payment provider shown on the payment page. We do not store full card numbers.

4.4. The balance is a prepaid store of value for this service. It is not a bank account, e-money, and it cannot be transferred to another person.

4.5. If a generation fails because of our systems or the model provider, the debited amount (or the credits) is returned.

4.6. The balance and plan credits are kept apart. Money on the balance does not turn into credits, and credits do not turn into money.

5.1. Completed generations are not refunded. You pay for the processing, not for a particular creative result.

5.2. Unused balance can be refunded on a written request to the support email. We review the request within 10 business days.

5.3. We may refuse a refund where the balance was used, where the payment is under review for abuse, or where the law requires us to hold the funds.

5.4. A refund goes back through the same payment provider, where that provider allows it.

5.5. Refunds for monthly plans and credit packs follow the Terms of paid services, section 6.

6.1. You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and, as between you and us, in the output the studio returns to you.

6.2. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that material only to run the service, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

6.3. You are solely responsible for the legality of what you upload, generate, and publish, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, and publicity rights of people who appear in the material.

6.4. You will not submit material you do not have the right to use.

7.1. You follow the Acceptable use rules published on this site.

7.2. You will not probe, overload, or bypass the service, and you will not resell raw access to the model providers through the account.

8.1. The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular model, or that output is accurate, original, or fit for a purpose.

8.2. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for balance in that period.

8.3. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on output.

8.4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Georgia.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9.2. We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this site. The new version applies from the date on the page. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the update. Each new payment also accepts the current revision of the Terms of paid services.
